Exporting can take way to long sometimes.... especially when they don't come out correctly. So that's been the story of progress for the last 2 days.

Thinking about taking a breather from the mall project for a couple days and making something else. While I still have a few ideas, I'm honestly starting to see most of them fulfilled.

Feel free to send me A FEW IDEAS for things to be made, and perhaps I'll MAYBE do them. By now you all pretty much know I stick to commercial/retail stuff. I do try to avoid large amount of glass for obvious reasons. I'm curious to see what others here are thinking.

Hey so I LOVE your contributions to Simtropolis!  Would you be open to doing a standalone version of Chili's?  I see you did Applebee's as part of the Walmart shopping pack, which is awesome.  I have some smaller towns that are 10,000+ that would be too small for a large retail center but could benefit from a few chain restaurants.

Goldman’s, tj Maxx, the Christmas tree shops, Kirkland’s, floors &decor, sprouts, winco or a modern Albertsons/Safeway or out here Walmart is buying up abandoned gas stations or banks and turning them into pickup locations. ThAt would be cool to have.  Anything you do will be amazing though

These help a lot. Thank you all. I will say that restaurants are on the less likely end of the scale, but I will consider them from time to time especially when doing shopping complexes. I see some ideas listed here that I had in mind already, but there's also a few I hadn't considered.

Red Lobster (might have been done already)!?  We have 54th Street Grill here in the Kansas City area, it's a chain.

Simgoober did make a Red Lobster, and honestly I find it to be perfect representation. 54th Street Grill probably wouldn't meet my criteria for making one since it sounds like it is a local chain.

So while I wait for some new textures for lotting, I continue to do some refreshes on old stuff. Here's the greenhouse Kroger version 2.0:

My plans for Kroger shopping center 2.0. Figured this will make a nice addition to the mall I'm doing as it is inspired by Kroger & Kmart plazas that popped up in numerous areas during the 1970s and 1980s.

Wow, pretty cool to see how you plan things out on paper! Of course, it makes even more sense than usual because you have the tiles laid out like in game, but still I've never done it this way. Maybe I would if I made big lots like you. Pretty convincing layout, too! *

Yeah, I get the ideas in my head and try to translate them to paper. This has been helping me to keep BATs in my set scale system and to avoid having a Goldilocks situation.

Also, since we know the sorry state of Sears, I decided to make this:

The following files have now been updated:

Also, Prop Pack Vol. 1 is now 1.1 with a few new things that will be needed for the Kroger Marketplace lot above and future uploads. All the new stuff is under the JULY 2019 update folder.

Hey, just want to make sure I'm not going to have problems.

I have to demolish all of the old Kroger plazas and Kroger Marketplaces before replacing them in my plugins, correct?

I didn't do this when you added jobs and I believe it caused a city to crash on loading...
