Bipin walls don't show up

I thought I was doing something wrong or having a brain fart (maybe I still am) but Bipin's CURB walls will just not show up in-game for me.  They are supposed to be in the parks menu, but they are not in any menu.

I have the entire package in Plugins... the lots, models, desc files.  Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

I looked it up and it looks like you need to look for "WMP Allotment H" in the parks menu, because this is the name all lots have in iLive's Reader.
I use them, too, but I think I corrected this "issue" a long time ago.

    Thank you very much for the reply. I did download that and it's funny because those show up in my parks menu but the walls don't. When I plop those, I get the trails and other lots. Maybe I downloaded the wrong dependency.

    Thank you very much for the response!  I do have this download, yes, although I was missing a couple dependencies from the allotment set.

    Do you want the allotment set? Because there is a real easy way to fix these lots up. Simply open each of the Lot files in Reader. Then find the Buildings Exemplar and change the RTK property to 0,0,0, i.e. a Null Prop. That removes the requirement for the WMP dependency, since that is just an invisible prop. However a Null Prop does the same job without needing to link to another file.

    Anyhow, rather than all that fuss, why not just download the attached .zip. I've fixed the two lots so they don't need the dependency and make some other modifications like not needing Electricity or being able to catch fire. Ditch the original SC4Lot and SC4Desc Files (i.e keep just the SC4Model files and the three updated files from the attached .zip).

    As far as I can tell the Icons for the Re-Mastered set you linked to are working fine. I wonder if you might be getting an ID conflict with another item somehow. If another lot in your plugins has the same ID for the Icon as this one, only the latter will work. In any case, these lots should appear in the parks menu somewhere in the middle of the Allotment Set lots if you have them installed.
