HELP: I can't run SimCity 4

Hi guys, I can't run Sim City 4 on my PC, I have Windows 10 Education.

I click on SimCity4.exe & the game doesn't run.

I tried compatibility mode for older versions of Windows & still not working.

Can someone please help me with this issue?

The CD version will not work with Windows 10. Along with a number of other games using the SafeDisc DRM system to validate the disc. This is because MS removed the drivers necessary to validate such DRM, see here for further information.
