First SimPeg, now SC4Devotion? :(

As of 10pm CST, SC4Devotion does not work for me. I have tried Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. I have cleared cache, cookies, history, etc. Same message as before. Am I missing something?

It's possible the DNS switch hasn't yet been propagated by your ISP.  It can take up to 48 hours.  The trick vershner described above can work in the interim, if you are comfortable editing the Hosts file.

No! I'm trying to get the NAM to work and the it brings me to Sc4devotion to install it.  any other install methods available?

The site is back up now (thanks to everyone for their patience and their support while we the site was down).  At present, SC4D is the only place to pick up the NAM 33 Pre-Release.  NAM 32 is still available here at ST and over at ModDB, though we've all but discontinued support for that release.  The official release for NAM 33 is still in the works.

You don't need the BAT, but it's probably letting you know that you don't have the BAT Nightlight Patch (Version 1.1.640), which is on that page (as "SimCity 4 Buildings Update").  The 1.1.640 patch isn't required like the 1.1.638 patch is, but as it adds functionality that other custom content uses, we let users know if they don't have it as a courtesy.
