SurPLUS  -  SimPeg LUminary Society

There comes a time when all good things must come to an end, however in the great circle of life, sometimes when we get to the end - we start at the beginning again... or in the time honoured tradition of Simcolumbus, we grip tightly to the yellow arrow and sail over the edge into uncharted territory.    Whether we fall into the abyss to be devoured by garbage eating dragons, or pass safely to the 'other side' is all part of the adventure.

Here at least we can provide a (more or less) safe haven, a resting point on our journey, for those of us mercilessly cast adrift by the harsh realities of data corruption and server implosion.

May we stop a while, and reflect...   raise a glass...  (down a glass)... and reminisce on good times past.

-----

Right enough of that mushy stuff...  pass the beer and nuts.    Especially the nuts.

The more the merrier. Nuts, I mean.

By the way, that's a nifty acronym. I expected no less of you, Craig.

Yes, I'm angling for more nuts.

I'm going to keep this ; science fiction (which I write)  is full of acronyms, which are easy in English but a pita in French ...

And I suddenly realized what "pita" means ; a bit confusing, as "pita" is the name of a North-African flat bread... Although it must be cushy enough for tushies in pain.

yega, now I want to segue to tushies in pain don't rain in the plains. Better go back to my chapter of the day. Which is shaping out to be interesting if I go on in this vein.

Well PITA should not be confused with PUC (pants up crack) which is similar to PITA but not quite the same.

Maybe we could do a mini-version of the word association game at the bottom of our posts...   I seem to remember Tariel(y) being a bit of a shark at that.

Out of the ashes of dispair and ruinious calamity we shall rise again! ... We shall not surrender ourselves to the surplus bargin bin of games at the big box store ... cast aside from the mainstream hype of the latest game release!

We shall live on!   We shall restore!  We shall repatriate!

Craig and Tariel(y) - your last posts...feel...SimPegish.  :thumb:

Sorry these days my posts have been few and lagging with many days in between.  I am now finding it a new experience to have kids (8 and 6 yrs old) that monopolize my computer more than I do.

Can they be bought online for women, or are they only for manly use ?

The original Crocodile Dundee, then ?:-)))

Hmmm, do we have crocs in JENX cornucopia of zoo animals ? (checking)  Yes, we do !!!

As I am watching a nice Australian teen dance show (Dance Academy) with breathtaking touristy views of Sidney (the Opera, rah-rah !) I'm beginning to feel an itch to go Downunder in a tile or map...:-)))
