Interesting thing about GWTW's BO numbers is that there is a lot of controversy over exactly how much it did make.  Seems rather odd that it was making $15M/week as reported by newspapers several years after it's initial release in times when a dollar could buy several tickets.  Anything regarding number of tickets sold comes with an * when discussing GWTW.

Worst example I could think of.  If the gross revenue included all the re-releases, that has to be the most mysterious money generator of all time.

I'll see that when it's on tv.  There's three other films coming out within 3 to 4 weeks of each other I'd rather pay to see.  One of them is due out next week just in time for my wife's and my birthdays [7-12 and 7-13].
