oroen: Thanks for the compliments. Considering the amount of work I put into downtown Ocean Point, it's great to hear compliments for it, especially ones that have to do with realism.

To All: Here's the update! I've noticed something odd though. Imageshack, which used to be imageshack.us, is now imageshack.ws. Anyone know why this is or has anyone noticed this? Thanks.

 I really like the residential towers too, they look nice on the waterfront, they almost blend in with the surrounding water texture. Well..I also like the Table of Contents, the downtown picture looks nice.

Really, really good! I like Northwest Downtown, very nice sort of mini-downtown. I also like all the high-rise condos along the beach!

RHF: Thanks for the compliments, again on the waterfront that I put a lot of time into. I'm really glad everyone likes that. NW downtown is one of the older areas of town, and I'm quite pleased with how it's grown.

To All: I don't know if I can delay it any longer. But there's two things keeping this update from coming: Real life and homework. Right now, I've got to work on homework, and I might not be able to get the update out tonight. I know, this is crazy. The wait has been so long, and the update, at four pictures (I already took them, but I still need to write text on them and make the descriptions and all), isn't really that big. I will try my hardest to get it out within the next hour. If it's not ready by then, I think I will be able to get it out tomorrow morning, before 8:00 AM ST time. I have a good feeling that it will be out before that time tomorrow morning. I hope I'm not making anybody mad here, because the wait has been so long. It's almost five days now since the last update. But it will come.

Alright, here is the update!

It's been delayed about five days, so it was definately overdue. I need to get back to updating daily or every two days, because once every five days isn't enough.

I will be going away on Saturday, and I'll be gone for a week. Hopefully, there will be two additional updates before that, possibly three, not counting this one.

OCEAN POINT DOWNTOWN UPDATE: PART III

This is the last OP Downtown update. After this, the major Ocean Point update will continue with more pictures from around the city.

The first picture is of central downtown. Most of the taller buildings aren't located here, but this area includes the Stock Exchange, City Hall, Major Library and other important buildings.



Here is the Ocean Point Convention Center. It's located north and east of downtown, but it's still considered part of downtown. The area surrounding it is run down, and could us some rebuilding. The Convention Center is located along Route 28, and there are many events there throughout the year.



Finally, here is south downtown. It is one of the nicest areas in the entire city, with large single-family homes and nice looking commercial office towers. Ocean Point Park, the baseball stadium, can be seen in the southeastern corner of this picture.
