Thanks! I do occasionally relot a lot. In this case however it are actually two downloads from the STEX. Both warehouses are the same building, Marcszar's McCormick and Co Spice building, but it are two different relots: Ministry of Power by Mapsonswen and Ministry of Garbage by Deadwoods. Both happen to have different parking lots.

Fankly, I have no idea, but as an uninformed guess, I would bet for refrigerated fruit or something akin to it...

Actually it's a Cotton Warehouse, I based it off of this facility

Just a small section of the historic portion of Laurentia's industrial zone:

To get the concrete under highway... I simply created a properly sized lot, used reader to render it 1x1, plopped it in game and then reader again to reset to original size, and viola.
