May I suggest that on the date of te first Tri-Annuarians, that you list the members in order from earliest membership date to most recent membership date, for ease of editing and better reading? For example
Tri-Annuarians
Jane (2nd of March, 2005)
Bob (4th of July, 2005)
Bi-Annuarians
David (4th of October, 2004)
Scott (8th of November, 2004)
Annuarians
Emma (9th of June, 2005)
