To correct for daylight savings time?

No.  To correct for local mean noon.  Time zones are irrelevant for sun dials.

Well Bipin, I already conversed with you about the neck thing since you'd asked, but it looks pretty decent otherwise.  I'm not sure if it needs more punch or if i i really like that misty washed out look, to be honest.

    More abstraction from yours truly:

Liphook station, Hampshire. Interesting town. Had a Canadian flag flying there and a whole neighbourhood had Canada-themed names for streets... I cycled there via Black Down, the highest point in Sussex at 280 metres asl.

Yeah I wiki'd the place it was from the wars. Also from Googlemaps it would appear I had been heading northwest instead of southwest from Liphook, which is why I ended up travelling towards Blackmoor instead of Liss...

And here is a long awaited for 'panoramic' shot. Taken on the road near Petworth in the Sussex Valley/weald.

There is no doubt that love is greater than money.  I love those shots of Piraeus.  Greece is such a beautiful place.

I have never traveled outside the States but I really want to. My parents have been to Mexico and Canada but I was too little to go with them so I spent time with my grandma.

^ Well, when you are old enough to travel on your own, make it a point and take a year off.  Tour places you want to go, and see if you can do it for, say, $50 a day.  Of course you could try the vagabond route and work your way around the world.

I'm hoping by the time i'm 20 and I have finished college I can make time to earn a private pilot's license. Then I would be able to rent a plane and I could go to different states or even abroad.

An experiment in digital lomography and an explosive/outwards composition. I had a pretty bad headache today, so I figured I should make the best of it and create something, in hopes that it would somehow augment my style.

Yes. I try to keep my goals short term and easy to attain. For now, I want to finish college and receive an AA degree in Drafting/Engineering support. Afterwards I haven't decided whether I want to join the military or find another job. Getting a pilot's license would be a side goal after college.

I am suspecting it was from the clay dust and poor ventilation I was exposed to yesterday for a 6-hour-long class. I do wear glasses though and I had a recent eye exam.

@Bipin: that is very clever.  We do have to be careful with stack emissions, but CO2 is needed for plant growth.

Hey, you got it! The meaning behind the work is supposed to be fairly ambiguous, but this was more or less the central idea I had; the dichotomy of COemissions as something our world needs in one context, yet doesn't need in the other.

    hard to see

    its here indeed

    to forget this place

    of what

    heating all

    only to silence

My great great grandfather had a studio in tottenham. I think film is dead now. Everythingis digital. My samsung however could never shoot that kinda stuff so i deduced it was shot with an expensive camera. A friend of mine does photography.

Hah!  One thing about film is that when you developed your own colour prints it was a labour of love.  I'll never forget my first dye transfer print.

I have a feeling I'll have a snow day tomorrow, certainly no better in my end of town. :P Weather like this reminds me of the time our neighbour; a contractor, somehow got hold of a bit too much alcohol and a front end loader. He brought it into the suburb and cleared his driveway with it... and dumped the snow in front of our floor-to-ceiling window, covering the whole thing.
