I'm going on my first ever trip abroad..to Paris..in 14 hours. I'll be off for five days, and straight after that my boyfriend is coming down to stay with me for another five days, so I probably won't be on much at all in the next week and a half.

As some of you may remember just about 2 years ago I joined the US Army.  I loved every minute of it, but unfortunately was very recently medically discharged.  Yeah, I guess I have narcolepsy.  I was pretty pissed off about it and did my best to fight from being discharged, but in the end it wasn't my decision.  Anyways, I had the greatest time of my life serving in the military and would do it again in a heartbeat if given the chance.  My thanks go out to all my friends still fighting in the war and to my friend PVT. Scott Miller who I just found out was killed in Iraq in November.

As hard as it is to transition back to being a civilian again I am trying to make the best of it.  I just started this semester at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado and am having a blast here.  Anyways, you will probably see me start posting in the forums again.
