must Must have mods for a good looking city?

I want to make a CJ however i know i won't go very far with just crappy maxis lots. Anyone know some must have mods for sc4 in terms of looks?

I'd get a water, a terrain, and a rock mod. Then you'll want all the NAM, NWM, SAM and RAM, stuff like those that will give you some more options for roads and transists. Most people say go CAM, or SPAM, or neither, but there are some danger seekers, like me, that run both. Then I'd suggest a side street mod, there are a few, maybe even several to choose from, but you can only use one at a time. Next, parking lots, you'll want a variety, at least 2-3 different sets. Most buildings and lots in the game seriously lack adequate parking, which is understandable, I'm downloading a building, not the parking lot... Hehe

Then just load up on whatever buildings and lots that will fit in with what you are trying to build.

If you're trying to build a huge region, you'll probably want a variety of civics, like police, fire, schools, and hospitals...

Anything specific beyond that, we'll need to know what exactly you're trying to build...
