Eggs over easy, hashbrowns, bacon & sausage and a large glass of freshly blended orange juice.  One bummer though, I can't have salt on my hashbrowns or eggs, only pepper.  So instead, I spiced things up a bit with a little sriracha sauce.  That'll kick your tail into gear real quick in wee morning hours.  

 

By the way Nonny, sorry to mislead you by not being clear.  When I mentioned I drink orange juice all day, I meant that that means I have a glass at every meal (3) plus a couple more in between (2) and that's about it.  Some times the in between meals is where I have my banana/orange smoothie, just the fruit and a little ice.  So, I'm not over doing it with my current medical condition and I can actually breathe again without huffing and puffing and get some sleep at long last.

^ Well, I am glad to hear you are getting along better.  I really hope they can solve your problem with diet and some pharmaceuticals.  If it comes to surgery, don't worry about it.  They are very good these days and you'd be surprised at how quick you'd be back home.

I used to like Earl Grey but now I only drink coffee as a hot drink, perhaps it is the fact I used to make tea for a pretty girl or two back when I lived at the refuge...

Now Murphy's 'Irish Stout', this particular can being brewed in Edinburgh... We get Guinness from Dublin, but Murphy's from Scotland... Such is capitalism
