Hi, SimCoug. The neat things that the Time Machine discovers amaze me too.

Hi, Schulmanator. True, and it was neat to see that his CJ went to the top.

Hi, TekindusT. Some great titles out there. For me nothing has come to close to "Alien Love Secret" so far.

Watching this thread is like being surprised when you go out to the countryside for some fossil hunting! Xiziz had a CJ? GingerBlokey had a CJ before Oakwood?

Agreed, it's like a CJ Museum!

I find it kind of amusing that "The Worst City Journal Ever" was the #1 at BTT in late May 2005. :P

Hi, TekindusT. Running the numbers from the past has been very revealing. Did you know that Meg and A Nonny Moose had CJs? (They were short-lived, so don't feature in BTT:TM).

Hi, wwetom1. Welcome to the Time Machine. I suppose it is like a museum...  an art gallery of CJs, perhaps.

Hi, GeometryMath Algebra. Nostalgia every week until we're at Dec 2009 when BTT began.

Hi, emperordaniel. There have been some great CJ titles. My all-time favorite has to be 'Alien Love Secret'. There are also some fantastic member profile names - like this week's The_Crispbread_Witch.

Hi, Schulmania. Some incredible CJs from back then.

Hi, SimCoug. This was the era when a jeronij update could generate close to 50 replies - crazy stuff.

Hi, emperordaniel. SCR was (and to a large degree still is) full of amazing pictures.

Hi, TekindusT. I'm not an airport expert, however I can appreciate how hard it is to build one that looks realistic in the game. All these CJs are pioneers in their own way.

Hi, SimCoug. Pretty amazing, and close to the record 13 held jointly by Schulmania (forum section) and Tenements & Rust (CJ section).

Hi, dhoppeii. Great to see you here - and yes, those were great years for CJing indeed. SCR and ARV always grew by several pages each week - it has been crazy going through all the data.

Hi, packersfan. Yeah, who would've thought we'd still be here on ST 10 years later? And, while we miss your CJ updates, taking a break can be a good thing.

Hi, SimCoug. Definitely one of my goals doing this was to highlight CJ innovators from the years I didn't run BTT. Without their ideas and experiments, the CJs of today wouldn't be half as good.

The BTT Time Machine is back in 2005.

    15 September 2005

Simtropia debuts at number one. I think this is the only time that an author has held the one and two spots on any version of BTT.

    Also in: Wood County.
