This is the UI of SC4:

Now before you say that there's more to the UI once you push a button, who's to say that isn't the case with SC5's UI?

I for one think SC5's UI is slick on modern. Perhaps if you click on the happy face or location where it says your city name, all the charts like the environment, health, safety bars will appear like in SC4.

The happy face is probably the representation of your mayor rating. Instead of a bar, it's a happy face.

I for one think SC5's UI is slick on modern.

They wanted less of the giant graphs and more present perspective viewing.

I sure hope that the building selection and such is searchable/filterable, given the amount of content that accumulates in the menus with mods. A simple free text filter for all menus would do the trick, saving on scrolling time.
