Something really annoyed me from SC4 since I started playing the game 20 years ago, is the man who never stops yelling during the game. "WAAAAAAH, WAAAAAH!!!!", "WHOOAAAAH, WOOOOOOAAAAAHHH". It keeps shouting louder every few seconds. My head is about to blow up sometimes and I need to turn off the sounds because I can't take it anymore. Is there any plugin, mod, cheat or whatever to turning off the most annoying feature of the game? After making lots of searches, I couldn't find anybody talking about this. Thank you for having me in your forum : )

Two hundred years playing to SimCity 4! Maybe more! Another two hundred years of experience with SC3000. I don't know why it took me a billion of years to create a profile in this forum : )
