I think 2 far north is self-explanatory, but I chose it because I live in the very far north of Scotland (not Inverness, as it is 100 miles south from where I live. No joke).

Could be worse. You could be on Rockall.

This should be merged with the other thread. However, my user name is obvious if you say it all together.

Well, it's not a complete name. I was trying to set my username to have an umlaut over the "a" like so: Zukunftsträume... But, Simtropolis then proceeded to claim it as an invalid letter -____-

What Zukunftsträume is supposed to mean however, is "Future Dreams", in German.

And no, I actually know next to no German.

Future Dreams itself was just a name I "borrowed" and slightly distorted from a former favorite artist of mine named ATB (a stylized version of his name André Tanneberger) which released an album called "Future Memories"

Cover art and two particularly awesome tracks off the album (doubt anyone will care or listen to it, but it's worth a try 8))

In 1921, the Swiss philellenist Paul Amadeus Dienach, falls into a lethargic sleep and his consciousness travels forward in time, at the year 3906 AD. There, he learns about the facts that stunned humanity from the 20th to the 40th century AD, including the colonization of Mars and the final war of 2309 AD. When he awoke, he put his experience down on paper and entrusted his manuscripts to George Papahatzis, who would later become Dean at the Panteio University. The book named "The Valley of the Roses". The data contained in the book is considered historical facts for the people of 3906 AD. For us, however, this information is prophetic.

According to the book, Johansen Terring will be the person that will end up all the wars once for all! I'm a big supporter of peace, rationality and diplomacy, so I select this nickname.

My username means...uuummmm...even god can't define...lol

No, seriously, it has no meaning at all.

I was going to use my real name "Kevin" when trying to register but it turned out to be the name of one of the Admin, so...here i am now with meaningless username.

The reason why i choose this still unknown. However, i'll never stop nor surender to find the real meaning of my username until the day the ocean doesn't touch the sands. :P

I haven't posted here yet? I swear I remember this from somewhere...

Anyways, I am an NMU (Northern Michigan University) grad and I like Spider-Man (well, super-hero comics in general, but especially Spider-Man) a lot. No one uses 'NMU' anywhere, ever, so it has been a totally safe user name to register as everywhere I've been.

My original username (which I log in with) was Ilikeseattle because I was born and raised in Seattle and I like it. How unoriginal. Then I went by Ocram except other people with the first name Marco on some other forums used that also. So I decided to expose my full name to those that are clever enough to read backwards so I go by AzemOcram most places.

Here, my username is OcramSeattle so that people will recognize that I am the same person who went by Ilikeseattle.

Ocram's Razor: Though "more things shouldn't be used than are necessary," they're just too fun to pass up! Expect many verbose arguments from me. I will try to write abstracts before or short summaries after from now on.

Words to live by:
"Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit. But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. For to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, and to another the word of knowledge according to the same Spirit; to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit... But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually..." 1 Corinthians 4-11

I haven't posted here yet? I swear I remember this from somewhere...

There have been many threads like this one over the years. And more which have been lost/deleted/archived/etc.

If searching through links isn't your thing (I've posted in both of those threads)...

I'm one of those people who has the year I was born in at the end of my name. Except, unlike many people here nowadays you will note that I was born in the 80s, not the 90s.

But that's irrelevant since everyone just calls me "Duke" - which is in homage to the king of alien ass-kicking himself, Duke Nukem.

Well, Duke, it appears that you are almost exactly 50 years my junior. Interesting coincidence.

50 years, 3 months, and 8 days, assuming your birthday as listed in your profile is honest.

On the first time I registered on a site, Leech was already taken, so I stuck a number on the end. Not sure how I ended up with 10, though... I have kept the same username at all sights that I use (well, the ones that I still remember about), except for 3: Once was Chocolatemax's forums where I used with 10 Leeches, the SCJU site where I use Leech, and on zompist where I used Goza Lesha (it needed to be at least 10 characters long. Goza Lesha is "The Leech" in Zevino'shoma, the language of Zabitake)

Things have changed since then... After a while of not going to Zompist's forums, I came back, but by that point I was no longer using Zevino'shoma/Zhevinoshoma, so I decided to change my name there to Ebba Leaci, which was simply "The Leech" in Zukish. (Though I've since changed the language so that "The Leech" is now Jebba Leaci...) But then I got tired of people calling me "Ebba" (the). Meanwhile, I had made a character named Lyhoko here, which is simply the Zukish spelling of Japanese "Ryouko," and is pronounced basically the same. So I decided to change my name there to "Lyhoko Leaci." Then later I found that you could change your screen name here, so I changed it here. Basically, all of the places where I look at now I either use Lyhoko Leaci or some variant of it as my username. Aside from Minecraft, where I'm still Leech10...

I used to be crazyllamasim, but I changed around Christmas last year. (That's where I went!). Don't ask where that came from. Well, it came from my November 2010 mind. It's different now.

Mr Saturn is a character in the 1994 RPG EarthBound (also called Mother 2). He aids the player in his quest to defeat the alien Giygas. They inhabit Saturn Valley and use the words "boing" " ding" "zoom" and "Dakota" at the end of every sentence.

My avatar is from his most recent appearance in Super Smash Bros Brawl, where he is an item, trophy, and probably sticker (I don't look at them)
