Hello dear Simtropia visitors,

 

You will have to excuse me (again) for the lack of updates, but I want to say that I am spending my short free time in a great project for the whole community, that means that you will be able to enjoy it in your cities.

Hey Jernoi, I love this CJ, I just have one question though. On your 6th update, on this page, https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/view.asp?mode=viewtopic&topicID=68274&num=30&pageNo=19#637763 in figure 6.06 you have a boat ramp, where did you get that, and can I get it, or is it available somewhere?

SA PENYA - DEVELOPING THE TOWN

 

In this update you can see how I finally decided to develop the small town of Sa Penya. Nothing original but I hope you find it beautiful. No words. Pics are self explaining.

And this was the 19th update. I know its been a small one. but, it is the best I can do now. Thanks to all for the suuport and feedback. It is greatly apreciated indeed    !!!

 

Btw, the bridge posted yesterday is the first custom working bridge for SC4. I have had the luck to be able to work with Smoncrie in this project :  Double Deck Bridge Experiment  , which has become into the posibility to create brand new functional bridges for the game. In fact the one show in this pic i a functional street one !!!

Hi.

It's been a while since I wrote something here in Simtropia. Sa Penya turned out really great. The palm trees seems a bit lost though, even if they fit with the houses I can't say they fit with the surrounding landscape. Great work anyway my friend. Hope I'll get the time to visit here more often. Regards,

For the first time i have to give you a litle bit of critisiscm, even though of a constructive kind. As someone said earlier the palm trees looks out of place with the surroundings. I also liked the towncenter better before you built it more dense. It looks kinda strange with all thouse different growables (or are they plop ? ) mixed all together. Just my opinion. On the positive side, the bridge looks awesome, and i hope to see more bridge developments from you

Oh and a question, how do you make thouse bow slopes? Is it your custom made BRF slope mod?
