Love the use of the modular parking structures, they look awesome.

I'm fascinated by the rail terminal too, all those freight trains and lines.. it really stands out and I like it a lot. Wouldn't mind seeing more of that area up close.

Newmarket is a great town, you've done a fantastic job!

I use Maxis Highways extensively myself as well, much more user friendly than RHW in my opinion.

I'm curious, are your freeways numbered? Just a roadgeek question, ha!

Yeah, I still haven't mastered the spread out feel...of course, I am still building the inner core of my city and most old cities (Chicago, Milwaukee) are grid and have development built everywhere. Of course I hopefully will be able to replicate the outlying area feel of more modern suburban expansion once I get to that point. You are doing very well in that aspect. Mr. Beer definitely did a lot of incredible re-lotting, something I wish I could get into really doing. It definitely helps the realism.

Try looking at satellite overviews of Frisco, TX and Argyle, TX. These are the two fastest growing developments in the entire Dallas/Ft Worth area. I reference them often when i start developing communities.

Dang you work quick I have missed a few updates! The shopping center is very nice and the placement of it works really well. I love the road layouts very realistic and the streets look really nice. Really loving update 20 though the gold course and community has an awesome layout well done! Keep it up my friend looking forward to see some new stuff!

Wow!! I like the layout of you town, looks great, I like how you made the golf course and the residential area together so like in real life, all the middle age and older folks can golf anytime they like. Keep it up.

Looks great, love the past 3 updates. The golf course and housing developments really fits in and grounds the area nicely. The new stadium square development is great, too - love the irregular shape. Keep up the fantastic work!

Great redevelopment, and I love the many different perspectives...I really need to start doing that too...I've been locked in a always looking North perspective.
