the lighting problem happens because your TB2CameraHandle dummy is rotated in the wrong direction. In case you don't know, it's the green box wireframe in the centre of your scene. If you can't see it, you have to unhide and unfreeze the BAT Rig layer. You can solve the problem by manually rotating the dummy back to the position it should be or delete it and reset your light rig. I must say I otherwise like your apartment block a lot.

    Wow overloaded with comments

    supremec; Thanks, my friend.

    paulvmontfort; Thanks paul. I tried it but it didn't worked. I'm now trying to merge it in a new scene.

    emperordaniel; Me too

    harishna; Well I will try merging it in a new scene. I already resetted the cameras. Thanks for your compliment

    DragonAnime; Thanks, I hope it will fly to the STEX one time :D

    Frex_Ceafux; Thanks. I hope you like this update too. I arrayed the floors ten times. Like it?

    _Marsh_; Thanks, you may call me Ernst the next time ;)

    Well lately I have more on my head then just go BATting. Exams are moving on and there are lots of other things. Not to mention the bug which is untill today unsolvable. But I still make progress. The textures are made to real life but the didn't came out well :noway: I will darken some textures up and change some textures too.

    I hope you like it so far.

    The roof looks really but but the rest just feels like a flat texture unless I'm seeing it wrong? I would really use arch and design mats to make the mats more convincing, they are very easy to use.

    Your lighting rig is rotated the wrong way, and your gamma looks off to my eye; however, I'd ask SimFox about that part.

    Edit: I didn't notice the lighting issue had already been addressed. If deleting and then recreating the rig doesn't fix the problem you might try simply rotating the rig manually 180 degrees (if that's what it is off by).

    *Blows dust off*

    I started working on a building and I thought why not share it with the community. Maybe someone can say something to improve?

    2763f99103703f0c39e9fc88a01f909c.jpg

    Now the stone texture isn't realy done but I intend to get back on that later when I can get a nice view of the overall building.

    Do you like it so far?

    het ziet er zeker al indrukwekkend uit. (it already looks impressive). Although it seems you haven't figured out the bat lighting rig problem because the shadows are pointing the wrong direction ;)

    @TZLNCTV. Thank you!

    @Skyscraper. Yup many tables and chairs. That's because I didn't knew what to place else :P. The trees are from a program called Forest lite. It's created by Itoo software. Google it and you will find. It works with the particle system very useful, because it won't extend your poly count

    @Amthaak. Thanks!!!

    @Paulvmontfort. Dankjewel!!! I'm glad you liked it. :D

    @zahrul3. I'm glad you like it. Thanks for commenting.

    Progress on the building. Like 90% of all work is done in 3dsMAX.

    Nice modeling skills, though I don't think 3 pillars can hold the overhang.

    Can I see the real building/reference?

    @skyscraper; That's a pity. I'm glad you stopped by :)

    @Amthaak; Thank you, Do you like the adjustments I made?

    @Paulvmontfort; You were right.

    @Zahrul; I did make them a little bit wider though. I hope you like them now.

    I did some work on the upper three floors, the roof junk and I exported the building once to let Dr. Greg and The Cooking Queen take a look about it. The scaling seems okay. As you can see in this picture

    998756499cab2a7acfda7feea6e60c8c.png

    Then I changed some things to the front pillars. I made them a little bit wider.

    80eaf7d0b5e13c583a0da77be627dd1b.jpg

    And I changed the Tilling of the building. Now you can actually see that it is bricks instead of the real life concrete. I liked this more :)

    Without any criticism I will continue with the nightlights.

    I really love it, the roof is just fantastic. My only criticism is that the glass could be a lot livlier, you are you a ground plane to reflect a city backdrop?

    @Amthaak; Thank you!

    @Gutterclub; Thank you very much

    @Skyscraper; Thanks!

    @Frex;Yeah. It is a very happy feeling if you see your building in game. it just gives a feeling that you're already halfway through.

    I wasn't satisfied with the glass either. it is to repetitive. So I made some curtains for some variation.

    In a far zoom it looks really cool but I still need some work on it. I think adding some easy shapes to the interior will do the job. Just let's experiment and we will see. :D

    If anybody has a better idea? Please say it! :}
