Today my family and I took a trip to the Sierras(Not telling where), and I accidently stepped on an overhanging piece of snow about 1 cm. thick, and slid down about 3 feet into a gully with a creek running at the bottem. Thankfully, no broken bones, but my foot(Right one) was cold on the way back to Fresno.

And that really stinks to freeze your foot like that. Gotta be more careful, eh?

Well, not really, just water got in my sock and shoe(My right foot fell into the creek-my left landed on a branch). But I'm fine(Took a hot shower 1 hour ago.)

It was -5C when I walked to university this morning. But hey, it was my first convention.

To search for the ideal city today is useless. For all cities are different. Each one has its own spirit, its own problems, and its own pattern of life. As long as the city lives, these aspects continue to change. Thus to look for the ideal city is not only a waste of time but may be seriously detrimental. In fact, the concept is obsolete; there is no such thing.

I would like to issue a correction to my earlier post to reflect that Duke87 posted a single link to the Wizard World website. It was stretched across two words (and I wasn't paying all that close of attention) resulting in the aforementioned error.

I totally missed a show I wanted to watch tonight, kinda bummed about it.

$60,000,000 sounds about right for a military stealth helicopter.

NASA's annual budget is equal to buying about 312 of those, and has a much better ROI.

Well apparently it costs 20 million to put a survey mark in at a set of coordinates.

Though turns out, that's to do it 60 times :P

I missed "Akan Police," a tv show in Japan where a buncha comedians and various celebrities look around Japan (and a little bit the world) for things that are ridiculous and/or stupid. It's quite hilarious, especially the segments about akan wives. There are some really mean wives out there... America had made the international segment two out of the first two times I watched. USA! USA!

I don't understand why people become emotionally attached to animals. Given that their lifespans are so much shorter than ours, it just seems like setting yourself up for inevitable disappointment.
