In the same time of the BoA and the Fulbright Tower and to wait the extra modding of the Sherry Netherland, I'm working on the update of this one, the Continental Center located in the South of Manhattan in South Street Seaport.

I've just used the old model and add new textures with Arch&Design method, That give an huge diference with my oldest version

I've grew the model with the 133% rules, I haven't realy verified the final size of the old building, but for this new version the size will be fixed

te admiro darkono35 tus  proyectos osn fresco y  buenos ante tu nuevo prollecto es bueno pero deberian intentar con algo mas por e jemplo un edificio que seria bueno es el Edificio Condé Nast o 4 Times Square seria muy bueno y diferente que isieras algo que nadien mas a echo

I've planified an list during the December mounth, and I think, I should realized buildings planified before others stuff

Time Square is the heart of this awesome city, and I do the promise to realise several buildings of this place and, I think my first time square building will be the Conde Nast

 

So, I've post the picture of the Continental Center, because, I used this building to try the squarish reflection for the windows, the same type of reflection than JasonCW spoke in his tutorial for the windows.

And I'll take advantage to update this tower

I saw that you like buildings connected with Wall Street, Central Park and Lexington. these are unique buildings that no one else tried:

list:

1 - Square hotel (central park)

2 - Sony Building (ave. 5)

3 - san pratrico cathedral (ave.5)

4 - Hearst Tower (times Squarer)

5 - Municipal Building (City Hall)

 

These are just some dimes overwhelm not only purchase if you like the ideas and let me know if you're looking for something special or other.
