Sorry to be delusional there, but i think that the current version of the bricks isn't really a step forward into your quest...this has some cool things, the previous had some cool things, none of them is quite close to the "truth" you're trying to seek.

Try mixing them together, i think it would help.

Indeed. The variation in window glass details, as well as different arrangements of furniture and patio details are what give this one such vibrancy and life. Some roof junk details and whatnot will finish it off just fine. Good stuff.

Nicely done!

You might want to tone down the contrast between the light and the dark areas of your brick texture, and desaturate it a bit (both very slightly).

Once again so sorry for not batting faster, I wish I can solve this problem, I hope that I can bat again faster.

Here's what I have done I have added a basement area in the back of the apartments, I think it will be a great idea to add some junk like some boxes and trash bags in the back of the building to make it more life like, I will get to that. Once I have finished all the stuff on the first version I will export the first version of the building and then, I will work on the other ones. For all the other models all I have to do is rerange the ac units, night lights on the terraces, the objects on the terraces and rerange the night windows and change the brick texture for each one of the models.

That basement area is a great addition. When you say "the other models" you mean the other vertions of this same building right?
