Granted.  They gain such notoriety and exposure in the media that there is a push to give them voting rights.  Tadpoles thus get protection from predators that they normally would not get, leading to a frog population explosion and the election of a frog president, and, eventually, the rise of the Hypnotoad.  All hail the Hypnotoad.
