Hi, Ln X. I like to keep a little mystery to the formula - it is basically (1 + number of unique, non-author replies) / (1+author updates) each week. I include scores from the current week and the preceding four weeks, with the current week counting the most, then diminishing returns. If there are no updates or replies in a week then the CJ scores zero. 

 

Hi, Tonraq. It is indeed the first +9. Sadly, the number of CJs has been decreasing here (as well as over at SC4Devotion), although the CJ section is a veritable hive of activity.

Hi, Tonraq. It is indeed the first +9. Sadly, the number of CJs has been decreasing here (as well as over at SC4Devotion), although the CJ section is a veritable hive of activity.

 

It's unfortunate, but I've been noticing that too. There certainly doesn't seem to be the interaction there used to be.  I'm considering packing up shop and moving over to the CJ section myself.

I have made it a point, especially when the decline in readership here accelerated, to visit and comment upon every single new CJ update to encourage and support our CJ authors. It is startling how much the activity in this forum has dropped in the last few months. We all need to do more to keep this forum active. And, for those who have a CJ in the new area, I encourage you to cross post it here too.

Schulmania has very stringent requirements for its international relations (http://schulmania.info/index_files/diplomacy.htm) in that we only associate with feline governments or pro-feline governments. This policy was put into place after some very nasty anti-feline comments were made by leaders of two different CJ unions. We do have a pro-feline CJ Union, the FIFA, headquartered now in The Wirdleplex.

@Schulmanator - Yeah, pretty nasty anti-feline stuff was said about your journal regarding unions. But why care when you have a sizeable following? You probably have one if the best creativity out there, and none of those union people can get as much popularity than yours (including mine, tbh) Btw, please change my country from "Troix" to "Okaiken". I will be the One representing the USNW.

Also, Okaiken is doing its job by posting "Raw Updates" to the CJ forum only. It does give more in depth updates than even the main ones and you could really see my progress without my usual deep deep accompanying story.

But yeah, let's go CJ Forums!

Wount be too hard to flush out the source of the issues across unions.  We for one wouldn't have such individuals who badmouth other unions or individuals in the U.S. N.

So I guess I can phut my two centz for  the phact that it is "Summer"  and I've noticed that there isn't as activity here during the summer.  I've been on 2 different trips already, however I'll be more active here now.  since I'm not going any where else.   Great action in the list since my last post.
