33 here.

Hmmm...  Whilst I am certain that I am not the oldest member on Simtropolis, I'm find it a distinct possibility that I'm the oldest queen on Simtropolis.  9.gif

@GlobexCo, why do you think that person learned pc with 81 years? The pc was invented in 1981, simcity classic came out in 1989 and Unix is even older ... besides 15 years ago I tought pc to a retired prof. He was 71 then ...

I don't think that an old person needed a PC in 1985. When Internet became popular (late 90s) it's possible that someone asked himself "look at this, it's fantastic!", but not someone with an age like that. Then, do you think that a 81-100 years old person still play SimCity4 and visit a site like this?

Again: Why not? If it makes him fun and keeps the brain alive? Better to watch 24/7 commercials on the screen, isn't it? And over at the simforum, there are some simcity players of 55 years and older and they are by far not the worst ones! 2.gif

It certainly keeps the brain alive. People of 55 years and older can be different: if they worked in offices, they must have worked with PCs and maybe they learned everything from 10 print "hello" to return 0;. There's a big hole between 55 and 81 in the graph, and maybe he could post something saying "I'm the oldest". I don't say that it's an impossible thing, it's too strange...

I think that a 0-11 group can be possible too, why not?

And who doesn't think someone cold learn and use a PC is this age category?    People in this age category helped to invent the forerunners of the computer and even saved most of the world so you could even get a chance to use one.

Turned 59 last month. Have every SimCity from SimCity for the Commodore64 and the 64 to play it on as well.  Planning Commissioner by trade. I just don't have to deal w/ the public and budgets when I play sc4.

Bit young, don't you think? Not too many 1 year olds using the computer, they'd most likely just want to suck on the mouse or something... The upper end of that range could play SC, though would they be able to register here?
