    Excellent- 5 stars. I have been using regular hospitals in my states and cities for the "State Hospital" but this is just what we've been needing. Only a disturbed mind could invent this- great narrative description.

    Turned 59 last month. Have every SimCity from SimCity for the Commodore64 and the 64 to play it on as well. Planning Commissioner by trade. I just don't have to deal w/ the public and budgets when I play sc4. Regards, phongshader in colorado
