I had one town that had about $200,000 Average Income. It was doing pretty well, almost everyone was High Class. However, instead of getting higher, it dropped suddenly. With a huge migration of Low wealth Citizens. Oh well.

I am sitting on around $281,000 at 8% for all 3 wealths. If I crank it up to 9% for all 3, I hit $317,000.

Yeah... about 60-100,000 high residential income is what I used to have.. but I obliterated the city anyway.

I have reached 220,000 at the wealthy suburb Super Paradise Beach      

To get this kind of wealth it is a good idea to place lots of high com. services + offices in the town. Do the same at the edge of all the neighbouring towns. This way Sims travel a lot and produce revenue for you to use in better education, heath, beautification, that lead to even highier wealth.

Chicago, my experimental city. It's packed 2.2 million people onto a large city tile, and I get around 275000, but taxes are only around 6%. if I crank it up, I can get much more.
