Hi I have kind of a 'special' request today. We all know what happened to Haiti not so long ago. Ideal chance to move Haiti's capital outside of PaP and create completely new city.. :-)

For example, Mirebalais would make such a nice place for a city... I tried to do it with Scracc, but I'm not sure about the right scale of the map. Could someone do it in Scracc (I never used terraformer or mapper or whatevah..) for me? I don't want anything big, just something a bit realistic, based on real world data:

It was made in paint and is the fiction-based region of Leonia.

I want it to be of 1025x1025.

Also the config must be of only one huge city and many medium ones, plus a small quantity of small cities.

Edit: Forget it, I already found a way to make regions by myself.

Hi guys, Im kinda stupid and SC4 Terraformer and Sc4 Mapper wont work with windows 7, so can someone make me a completely flat map with like 36 Large city tiles?

I have been working on region stuff for over 7 hours today and have failed to make what i want. I just don't understand how these programs work and i'm frustrated by looking through these forums all day for the answer. i just need a map re-sized and move the city tiles around a little, but i can't figure out how to make it work.

Could someone please make me a smaller region map of the Washington, D.C area? i know there is already an excellent map, but it is really big and also does not have the city size orientation i would like. Can it please be made with a large city focused on the actual D.C city area, surrounded by medium cities? I'm neurotic and i hate to split up cities in the large tiles like the map is currently oriented. overall the region can be cropped to 4x4 large cities, and other than the main dc city area, the rest of the tiles are arbitrary.

if you want a completely flat map with no rivers etc you can use Landscape Designer 0973 Beta (link [L=myurl]https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=12679[/L] )

• -Open the Config Bitmap Creator, -File-New Config Bitmap ( 257x257 is a large city tile, half a medium & half again a small)
• -Fill with blue
• -File-Region Name & wright your region's name (this will make a Region Folder in your Documents-SimCity4-Region)
• -File-Save Config Bitmap to Region Folder
• -Load up simcity 4 and have fun

Btw I'm surprised no one did maps of islands in OFP:Resistance and Armed Assault 1 and 2.. citybuilding in South Zagoria or Sahrani would be cool!

I have kinda a strange request. Its not a request for an area but info on an existing area. The Buffalo Map is confusing me with its US and Canadian areas.

If someone could post a political google map of the encompassing area or tell me the furthest cities in the corners of the map that would be greatly appreciated.

I would love any rendition of any of the following scale accurate locations in the US (If map makers are looking for inspiration). These areas seem geologically interesting for city building.

I just tried... I could only find 3 arc-second resolution data.  To make an accurate map with sim city scale you need about 1/2 arcsecond resolution.

I would like a accurate scaled map of PEI.  The entire island can be separated into 3 to 4 maps so that my humble laptop can load them comfortably.  

bmag_20 has done maps of Summerside and Charlottetown which are at a scale that I like to play.   His map of the entire island is too small.  I sent him a PM but I doubt he is active anymore.  

I tried to re-scale the whole PEI map using GIMP but obviously that is not the correct way to go about this.  I need old-fashioned greyscale maps and config.bmp since I use VISTA which can't handle SC4Terraformer, MapMaker, etc.

Very similar to greenbelts request, I would like a very "extremely accurate scale map" of Southeast Texas/ Southwest Louisiana.
 
I would like the whole area outlined in orange but as you can see the whole picture is outlined in orange.

The two main areas in red ( Beaumont ,Port Arthur ,Orange also called the golden triangle) And (Lake Charles ,Sulphur, MossBluff)

Only do these two areas in red if its not possible to do the whole map, but im pretty sure it is possible to do the whole map.

I cant use Terraformer or Mapper because I have Vista. So I need a "very" accurate greyscale image. I will create the config.bmp myself.
If you can get it from USGS data please do so .
