Mr. paloola: here are some VIP and dignitary transport vehicles for you to choose from. what did you mean by stealth bikes, radar can't pickup ground objects, so stealth is unnecessary,let me know what you want and what your talkin' about and I get back to you on what i can do.

Here is the pic of Jumtar Island I promised. I full update is in the works, and should be up soon. There is still some coastline terraforming to be done, and some smoothness to be worked out, but pretty much this is it. It is located on the southeastern part of the map.

The planning office is back up and running again so can all peaple requesting planning permission please show there blueprints with all the below in it in one go (even if some things are repeated from earlier) to make a decion easier.

 

Things required:

• General picture of the building.
• General picture of area the building will be built in.
• Amount of jobs the building will create.
• Amount of inhabitants the building will have.
• Building type (wealth, density, RCI e.t.c).
• Emissions the building will create (air/water pollution, radiation e.t.c).
• How the building is accessed in road, predestrion and public transport terms.

Believing that the state of the children today will be the state of world tomorrow, Mr Dupont, of Dupont Custom Cars, has presented the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />Nedal High School with a football field to go along with its excellent facilities. Half of the money donated to the cause came from the President himself, but it was Dupont who presented the project to the President, and together they collaborated in building this stadium. Named after the man who founded it, the Dupont Stadium can seat just under 5,000.

The buildings will just be along the street, no special transportation, and all other info needed is in the BAT file which can be found at the link. There will be 8 separate buildings in the area, and each of them will attach to the one next to it.

The Air Show was a huge success!   We made over $20,000 for the new Air Field.  Here is a shot from a spotter plane.  It includes two A7-B Corsair IIs in formation.  Lots of planes were shown and the Blue Angels were again a huge success.  Great time President Nedal, I will have my plans for the new air field as soon as possible.  Thank you for this great offer!

Mr. Olberding, your plans for the redevelopment on Howard Street have been approved and permission to begin construction has been granted. The plot of land will cost Olberding Architecture, including demolishment of current housing and placement of current residents, just under $1 million, so please plan accordingly. Otherwise, congratulations on your acquisition.

Mr. Yorke, the site that you have asked about has also been handed over to you, ready for your construction. As with the same conditions of placement and demolishment we have presented to Olberding Architecture, the land will cost you just under $600,000...it is smaller than the one Olberding is acquiring.

Captain Maxwell, I cannot thank you enough for the marvelous airshow you put forth, and the money that was saved up, along with the money that Kultzer Tea Co. is going to present to us, will be more than sufficient to cover expenses for a small airstrip to go near the newly planned army base.

Finally, I would like to announce to all lawyers in Brenelle to put forth their list of who they want to represent (myself excluded) and what they can offer them. Thank you.

Well ladies and gentlemen of Brenelle, last night's fundraiser event at the Tea Co. was a huge success! Thank you to all who came out! We managed to raise $3,682.00 last night, and due to the great deal of generosity by the citizens, Kevin Krutzler will match that number, bringing the total of monies collected for a new air base to $7,364.00! This much needed money will go towards a brand new, state-of-the-art air base for the island.

Take a look what is jumping over the tank.This Bike can and did take out this tank by itself during the test as you can clearly see.

The reason we are trying to develop this type of combat vehicle is it is faster harder to hit and can travel on almost any terrain type and is easily hid for aireal veiw unlike larger vehicles.These are going to be used for covert and top secret missions by my elites.

Mayor Wood:  I really cannot use my hummers.   I have a few so you may have all of mine.  Its not that I am not satisfied with them Mr. Dupont, but now that we are going to have our own AFB in the woods, I will need camuflague colored Humvees.  If I could get that from Mr Dupont, I would be delighted. 

To All Riviera Residents: Thank you so much.  Your generosity is emense as we start to build our first airport in Riviera.  Again I thank you for this opportunity.  Also I have an idea for the Air Base.  While I am at Andrews AFB at the showing of the first flight of the F/A-22 Raptor, you can start on the AFB.(Not really, I'm still at home, I wish I was seeing the Raptor fly though.)  Also what should we name it, should it be Riviera AFB or named after a person like Maxwell AFB or Yeager AFB?  Someone get back to me on this.
