    (Picture Update Coming Soon)

    Greetings my fellow Rivierans,

I am happy to inform you of the charter drawn up officially declaring Trabzina (the town on the foot of the Strimont Hills) a city of Riviera. The town, ofcourse, developed after workers from the army base and several soldiers of all rankings loved the location and decided to move here in order to be close to the still under construction base. The population is currently just under 1,500 and with the completion of the base, expected to rise further. There is no mayor as of yet, so anyone interested in the position, please inform me.

    On to business matters:

Mr. Olberding, I am pleased to tell you that your new project has just finished construction and has officially been opened to the public. However, this good news does not find itself to Mr. Yorke, to whom I am disappointed to announce that there have been some complications in the paperwork. However, fret not, as it is just a matter of time before you get clearance and can begin construction on your own project.

Mr. Dupont's Custom Cars was voted Best Business of the Year by all Brenellians, as his custom cars have been the biggest decoration item in the city this year. If you want to be cool in this town, your first stop would have to be the Dupont Custom Cars Shop, over on Pine Street and Costan Road.

Expansion in Brenelle has been much higher than anticipated...the population of the town has now surpassed 15,000! And I am also pleased to inform all of you interested in acquiring warehouses, factories, etc...that the Industrial Sector has been completed, just to the east of Brenelle. Anyone who wants to acquire any of these facilities, place a bid once I project the images on to you.

    Till next time,

    President Nedal

All the Limos have been shipped to their respective buyers

Mr. Dupont and Dupont Customs has been receiving so much buisness that they have quickly outgrown their current facility. I have decided to move to a new Garage/showroom, and use my current location as the Garage of Dupont Motorcoaches, which will, specialize in building, selling and renting limos to the residents of riveria. I would like to offer a contract to one of the architectural firms for the construction of my new building, so if each firm could supply me with plans, I would be able to choose which one I would like.

I'll post a pic of the Chevy Colorado that's up for bidding later today.

Sorry to hear that my application has not yet been completely filed, but hopefully construction can begin soon enough, barring any major collapses of the project...

    Dear Mr. Dupont:

Here are my plans for your new new Garage/showroom. It includes ground level and basement showrooms, an elevator to move cars to the 2nd and 3rd floor garage areas, with the rest of the building serving as office space. It is designed to fit easily into downtown while keeping the space needed to function.

(It is actually a school, but for this CJ it isn't)

All other info is in the Lot file, location will be wherever Mr. Dupont wants it.

Thanks to all the effort put forth by the Brenellian community and all its celebrities, the Trabzina Air Force Base, which will be managed by Captain Maxwell, was finally completed. A state of the art facility, it even has its own residential compound for its pilots, as well as its own HQ building for all its internal and security affairs. Written permission is required to enter the premises, as Captain Maxwell takes the security and breach of it very seriously. A frequent visitor to the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />laceName w:st=on>Maxwell3.giflaceName> laceName w:st=on>Building3.giflaceName> (the HQ of the AFB) is none other than Head of Intelligence, Mr. Palooka, who currently uses the building for all of his highly secretive work until he gets a building of his own. Below are the pictures released by the government from a bird

Wow Nedal, awesome work on thw airforce base! I'm loving how you used the Houston bungalows as some sort of temporary housing or something...

Also, is there any news on how the Greywood Lofts project is going? I'd really like to know...in the meantime, I'll show you my latest vision.

The Pioneer Center would be the newest addition to Brenelle's commercial district. Big enough to be a landmark of the city and to fit in with the skyscrapers that will eventually envelope the city, and small enough to match the city's growth occurring right now, the Pioneer Center would provide many new jobs for citizens of Riviera and would also be a reminder to everyone how far Riviera has come from its humble beginnings. In addition to all these benefits, the famous Abercrombie and Fitch would occupy the bottom floor, using it as their Brenelle location. The rich and famous would purchase their clothes here, bringing in even more income.

On a recent mission exploring the land of Riviera, Captain Maxwell took a few snapshots of the area around Jumtar Island. What you see now is the land immediately to the west of Jumtar Island, across what is know known as the Harbor Channel. All the physical features, such as the river and the mountain range, are as of yet unnamed. (Shot of the terraforming I have done so far so guys can have an idea of what the area will look like.)

In other news, the President has officially announced that he is seeking a mayor for Trabzina, the town just to the north of the Trabzina AFB. Any candidates should present a small explanation of their plans should they become mayor and anything else they would like to bring to the attention of the President. Once all the candidates have put forth their intentions, an election will take place in Trabzina to announce the new Mayor. Remember, a mayor's term is for 10 years at a time, and re-election is unlimited. Currently, we have just began the '01 year in Riviera.

Concerning RHF Architecture proposal for their new commercial building, it has been approved unanimously. The only thing left is to decide whether it will be a general purpose office building of if a company will occupy it. Either an international (RL) company or a Rivieran company could work, as well as having it as a office building for the general public. We will leave it for RHF Architecture to decide that.

The Pioneer Center is intended to work best as a multi-purpose office building, with many different companies occuyping the office space available, and an Abercrombie and Fitch store on the ground level.

The construction on the Pioneer Building has been successful, and the building is now open for business. Offices are already being filled, so any business interested in having an office there please say so. Pictures will be presented soon.

Also, architecture firms, dont forget about Mr. Dupont's offer. Currently, Olberding Architecture has presented their plans, but Mr. Dupont is still awaiting other offers. Remember, he plans to move into his own office complex and is looking for plans. It is rumored the project will pay $4 million....

With Brenelle surpassing the 15,000 resident benchmark early in '01, the President met with Mayor Wood and both decided it was time to build a town hall for the town. Debates flared up as to where the location should be, but in the end, it was decided that the most ideal location would be at Devlin Square. Construction proceeded as planned, and with the entire town pitching in, it was quickly erected. The President chose a small town look for the Hall in order to keep, as a reminder, the roots of Brenelle as it continued to grow.

    <ahttp://img11.echo.cx/img11/6210/townhall019xh.jpg align=baseline>

Olberding Architecture, attempting to meet the demand of the growing town, developed a row of townhouses along Tisnalle Street for a pretty decent price. They were immediately sold out, and similar townhouses started popping up everywhere in the city as everyone with a bit of money to spend started either buying them or developing them. Olberding has made quite a substantial profit from this endeavor, and sets them up nicely for whatever project they want to head off to next.

The most costly, and adventurous, architectural project to date in Brenelle, however, goes to RHF Architecture. While Olberding have been concentrating on providing resident apartments, RHF put all their money behind what is now the tallest building in Brenelle: The Pioneer Building. Standing at 18 stories high, the Pioneer Building has been marketed as a general purpose office building for all those in need of such space to operate from. At the bottom floor, RHF Architecture have also managed to secure a deal with clothing company Abercrombie & Fitch, who opened up their store there. About 70% of the offices have been leased out already, thus assuring RHF that their venture was successful. It seems like Olberding and RHF have been doing quite well for themselves, despite taking two different routes.

Early in the year, the construction on Jumtar Island's new power plant was completed, easing the power supply from Brenelle and taking care of the growing power demands. There have been plans to make both Trabzina and Brenelle completely reliant on the power plant, effectively getting rid of the need for the solar and wind plants plotted all around the area. Plans for a new power plant have already been drawn up, but the investors in the power plant have demanded that they start seeing some money before giving the go ahead to the new project. Nevertheless, no more random power outages for Jumtar!

    ------------------------------------

Upon visiting the mainland of Riviera, the President completely fell in love it and decided he must build himself a place of residence in the location. Always one for extravagance, he hired Riviera's top designer, Mr. Josef Cristov, to draw up the blueprints for his new castle. He specifically told the designer that there would be no limit for the money, so Mr. Cristov got creative. The end result was close to $50 million, with all of us hoping the President used his personal fortune to pay for it and not Riviera's money! The land around the castle is know available for people to buy, and it wont be too long before Riviera's rich build dream houses of their own in the area!

Brenelle continues to grow at an exceptional pace, just recently passing the 20,000 mark. With this expansion comes increased commercial and industrial growth as well, hence the downtown area is slowly becoming more and more defined. The big argument around town however, one that Mayor Wood has his hands filled with, is whether to turn the natural shore into a public beach for all to enjoy. There is no denying that the coast, with its white-ish sand and its glistenning waters, would make Brenelle a tremendous tourist attraction, but at what price? That is what the officials in the town are trying to decide. Meanwhile, companies such as Bradfield Emporium and RHF Architecture have been busy with their strategies. Bradfield Emporium is planning on opening a second branch in the city, while RHF are busy at work with their next residential project. They arent too far ahead of Olberding Architecture and Goldenrod Plains Real Estate, however, who have also drawn up blueprints for their residential complexes. For now, this is what Brenelle looks like, thats to a nighttime shot by Captain Maxwell:

    <ahttp://img135.echo.cx/img135/4346/019uc.jpg align=baseline>

    --------------------------------------

The Industrial Complex to the east of the city has opened up for business, and  companies are already clamouring to rent out a complex or two. While it was doubtful whether or not the complex would prove to be a success, the municipality need not worry anymore; it has proven to be a resounding success. These factories are high-tech, state of the art complexes filled with all the latest technology. Captain Maxwell is currently working on getting an overhead shot to show the complex to the public.

In other news, the Trabzina mayoral race has been limited to one candidate so far: Mr. Crane Donath, a local pub owner. Popular among the working class of the town (mainly for his fresh beer), his latest approval ratings were at 61%, but he is currently unopposed. His main issues include starting up a Labor Party to counter Mayor Wood's National Party, and his is focusing on giving the workers more rights.

Logan Olberding: I'm sorry, but I'll have to turn down your offer, I prefer a building no larger than 2 stories and about 10,000 square feet, If you could submit another plan that would be great.

Thom Yorke: since nobody else put a bid in you are the proud owner of a brand new fully customized Chevy Colorado. I'll also have to decline your offer. Could you also submit another plan.

Yes, the contract for the new building is worth 4 million.

President Nedal: I would be interested in purchacing about 20 acres of land in the area near where you built you castle, price is not an issuse.

Captain Maxwell: congratulations on the new Trabzina AFB, but one question, does Riveria really need, or can it afford 6 F/A-22 Raptors? At 1 billion a piece I think it's too much, one F-16,F-15,or F-18 would do just as good a job(yea, I know my military stuff as much as car stuff)

    The Broadlands

The Broadlands is the premier mansion plan from RHF Architecture. Live in the lap of luxury, in this European-styled 3 story, 8 bedroom, 7 bathroom manor with concierge service, an indoor pool, gym, greenhouse, and moving sunroof on a 5-acre estate with towering oaks and lovely ponds. The asking price is $12.5 million, a bargain for this measure of human architectural perfection.
