Oh my god... your selection of BAT's is just incredible and I love how you Photoshop all your pictures to have that Orange/ Sunset tint. (Just great!).

I mean just look at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, not to mention that golf course on the previous pages… those images are just awesome, I really REALLY like what you've done with the whole area, and I like it how you're honest about having hookers and crack heads in your cities too (gives a realistic and very lively touch, something all your pictures seem to have!)... It can't all be pretty buildings, excellent city planning and building and wonderfully well thought out transport networks can it!

Really great, in all honesty, this has moved into my top 3 CJ's.

This is gonna be one hell of a city when it's done, and I don't usually say this, but I am eager for MOAR!

Great regional view, I like the set-up of the highways, which is realistic. It looks like you have some spurs and the beginnings, somewhat, of what could be a beltway.

Great job on the Honda Dealership and the Hard Rock Casino and Hotel. Bixel's latest releases have been getting quite a bit of attention lately, but they look so good, it's no wonder why! Excellent region map, I really, really like how you included the freeways leading to various locations.

You sure have kept me entertained, this is becoming one of my favorite city journals. I guessed theres just something about your city. I really like the night pcitures, it really brings out the vegas quality in your cityscape. My only suggestion to try and fix a few jagged edges, but I'l just pretend there not there for now lol. The observation tower fits in perfectly with the rest of the buildings and the apartments looks great aswell. I really hope you can keep up this journal cuz its looking wonderful so far.

Just to let everyone know, the region is actually bigger than what is shown, I only showed the parts I have terraformed so far which is about 9 large city tiles.  The whole region takes up 16 large city tiles!  When I get it all done, I will show it using region census!  I will have another update for you tomorrow, thanks again!

Great journal! There have only been a couple of desert theme CJs in the past... it's great to see another one working out. It's just amazing what can be done in the middle of nowhere! I like the green spaces in downtown a lot.

After so many years SimCity is still such a great medium for art. Beautiful work. For the zoomed-out pics it'd be cool if you could fill in the blanks (suburbs?) to make it look even better than it already is.

You sure are building up a high standard for your cj. I'm glad to see you using more night pictures, they commpliment your city nicely. All your pictures look fantastic with the colourful lights and your bold skyline. I really like the orange tint to the street lights in your pictures aswell. The asain BATs go suprisingly well with the North American style buildings too. I'll be waiting for more updates, no pressure about the high standards either.

You're around still (EDIT: I mean since...) 2004 too, so you might remember Shadow_Assassin's Savannah Way or rewright's Casa Grande. Your Cj is at least that good... .

I like Downtown so far, nice choice of BATs and good detailing... looks like the major leagues are going to find their way into Copper Basin . I just hope ice-quality is good enough for hockey... lol.
