I have the same problem but I have uninstalled it several times and it is still not working

yes I did rea install the game and it did the same thing I am just wondering where I could download the new software

I can not get on the game because when I go to instal the updates, it does not go on and it sends me back to the ame thing and if I hit cancel, or acsept it does the same thing and sends me back. can anyone help? I do not know how to download hotfix what ever it is called
