connorc24: Congrats to you, you know how to plop. How would such a dense city actually function without any major roads? Where are the avenues? And the highways? And if the road network is so crappy, where are all the cars? -7/-10

Yoshiisland - Thought you were going to slip by, didn't you?!  Nice  terraforming, sort of looks like Florida on crack.  This city sucks so hard it is trying to do us all a favor by erasing itself.

connorc24 -  I have to give you props for this one.  I mean who else could combine so many great looking BAT's and have their city come out looking like garbage.

    man I love this thread!

@Mr_Pooter: What the hell are 2 flight control towers doing in your city? I hope one of your Colt Towers will crash upon them, erasing the entire city by activating a galactic continuum 9.gif Oh, btw, since when did trees become 4 floors high? May your entire city burn in hell 4.gif

@Mr_Pooter: I think one of my brain cells just died processing this image. Maybe even a dog could notice something is going repetative about. Maybe this picture is a game: find repetative buildings. To mark them, a easy job for an animal i'd say. Do you really love to see those vanilla family cox buildings in every corner possible? Man and the 4 colt towers in construction, etc..etc.. it hurts bad.

Lmao... The Coit Tower thing is a problem with the unctional landmark mod, which I deleted. Plus, I've hardly downloaded any medium sized commercial lots. Seems like all you can find are fancy, CO$$$ skyscrapers. Not too many cool looking /smallmedium sized CO/CS.

As for the trees... ctrl + alt + shift --> God Mode --> hold shift + TREES  10.gif

doodlea21, I must congratulate you for making your Sims have to work so hard to reach the freaking avenue...or didn't you already notice the no work zots plaguing your "neighborhood"? Seems to me the Sims may even pretend not to have a job for the sake of leaving this god-awful city. -7.5/-10 the extra -0.5 is for having those Maxis powerlines...the icing on the cake.

    This is fun! 9.gif

doodlea21 - Just when I thought my nightmare had ended, you had to go and post this lame-a$$ picture again.  It took everything to resist gouging out my eyes the first time I saw this junk, and now here I am typing this with one eye hanging out of my socket all because you suck hard at making cities.  Thanks alot.

@doodlea21: It never ceases to amaze me when I see that you've downloaded a mod for your land, but the arrows on your one way roads are still there. One could only imagine how primitive, witless, and crude you must be to not have installed the new NAM. Get from under your rock man. Hmm, what should I deride next? Your freakishly unkempt transportation system? Or your repulsive lack of jobs in your city? Do you know where "Ctrl" and "X" are on your computer? It disgusts me to see someone so sordidly ignore the additional features of SC4 while managing (and quite deftly) to waste about 60 seconds of my life in asking me to look at this pathetic plot of overt poverty, inane road networks, and unusually ludicrous planning you call a city. 3.gif

    @ccecill: Hmm... where to start?

1: repeating buildings in the front

2: an out of place monument

3: a "box" (that is apparently some sort of random building) that glows? *****?

Basically, everything feels out of place in that picture. And I mean everything. -8/10

I'll give you all another chance with a ferry port in the same city:

    Last three pictures again...

ccecill - What a great homage to the grandeur of the obelisk: reduced to a mere forgettable roadside hazard.  And so much for finding beauty in the square...somehow, you've managed to strip an otherwise interesting and unique structure into an eyesore that makes Tour Maine-Montparnasse look good by comparison.

-6.5/-10; Don't bring geometry into SimCity, especially not that haphazardly.  For my sanity's sake, please don't.

doodlea21 - Laugh out loud17.gif!  Wow...where to begin?  No seaport textures, terrible Maxis plazas, 3/4 zoned buildings are exactly the same, random tunnel, random power line, the worst rock textures I've seen yet...hmmm, missing anything?  It'll come to me...something like...ahh, forget it.  This picture is beyond redemption anyways.

    -9.5/-10; (seemurray2's comment) x 10

wwetom1 - Oooh, mosaic!  Oooh, random evergreen forest in the middle of your downtown! Wait, two of them!  Ugh...bare seashore in downtown.  His name is Marrast...he is your friend.  This picture reeks of self-satisfaction: "Look at my pretty little picture, look at it, love it!"  Sorry...not happening.  Get yourself some avenues and one-ways, learn how to make a better transportation network for CBD's, and for goodness sake, get someone else to construct your mosaic for you, because that line of missing pixels running through the middle of it tells me that you lack the capacity to do it yourself.

-5/-10; I'm not a mean person either, but you don't have to be to find all the things wrong with this mosaic.

    Your turn...3.gif

    masochrist:

Bad, those flats on down-left are so annoying. They are repetative big time.

And what's with the avenue? Are those few people living in those few houses making too much traffic jam for a single road to handle it?

    Btw, here is my wren:

Edit: I resized your image. Please remember to keep all images at 800x600. Thanks, ___idiotbox

wwetom1 - I hope for all of our sakes that the cargo ship in your picture is loaded to the brim with explosives, so it can take out this pathetic attempt at a city.

masochist - If I wanted to make a neighborhood using the crappiest looking houses available, and with the most jumbled up - pointless road network, that is what it would look like.  May God have mercy on your soul.

wwetom1: - Something that could easily be mistaken for a good image. However those trees look out of place. They belong in a great forest, not stranded amongst a concrete wasteland. Sure enough you've managed to distract from the worst parts of your image with all those fancy skyscrapers. Beneath their splendour is a highly uncreative road network. It needs an avenue or something to act as a backbone. - promising but not there yet - -4/-10

masochist: - What bugs me about those NAM cul-de-sacs is that there is always a big gap between the driveway and the road, that just doesn't look right. There seems to be an undecided mixture of wealth levels. You could do with fishing out those nasty r$ houses, at very least. - Until you improve this, -3/-10

Namesys: - NNOOOOOO!!! Why is there a UDI indicator in the top left corner. That ruins the whole image!! -10/-10
