Hello. I have a large city (300.000 inhabitants). I have already built a city hall, and happines of citizents is at the maximum. However, I still can't get Courthouse built, because it says i didn't meet all the requirements. Is it because i have that 3-stage city hall plugin, that allows you to have upgraded city halls? Bare in mind that I have the stage 1 (generic) city hall built at the moment. Can I get some advice/help? thanks

OK. i have the key and I already am downloading from a french site. 1. question Will i need the KEY later because i didn't have to have it when i started to download 2.question will i have the game in french supposedly i'm downloading from a french site???

I have a problem. I can't succesfully choose all tha paths when i open the SC4 organizer. whenever i locate the SC4 Install folder, the SC4 plugin folder erases and prevents me to enter the location of the SC4 plugin folder, so that i can't finnish the process. PLEASE HELP

Well, If you have a single city in the region, you wil have to zone industry in order to develop your city. But, once you have one or two at least fairly developed cities in the region, cities next to them could only have residental/commerical or residental/industry ONLY if you wish.

I downloaded a lot of Bats&stuff from STEX, and I must say all of you guys make awesome buildings and other stuff... However... Not long ago, when I started downloading stuff from SIMPEG, who made quite alot of uploads here on STEX. Since then, I have had alot of trouble playing simcity 4. It was crashing all the time. - YES, I have ALL the dependancies - YES, I have more than averagely powerful computer Yet, this game still crashes for no good reason. The most problems I have are: SIMPEG PLAZAS Whenever I use alot of those plazas, game crashes to desktop, and I am wondering SIMPEG might accidentaly uploaded corrupt files? I don't know, maybe you'll help me solve this problem guys! Thanks!

Well you can try... if it doesn't work don't worry. First, backup your "regions" folder and "plugins" folder in "my documents". Then, uninstall RH, and install deluxe. After install, overwrite your "plugins" and "regions" folder over the Deluxe (empty) ones in the my documents

i guess that you run your massive massive plugin folder on an average hard disk drive. Now, that might be a problem you see because them speed is very very slow. If you want to play SC4 good you have two options now 1. Get solid state drive (SSD) They are expensive but, the expensive ones really boost your speed to the limits beyond your imagination. Try those. 2. clean the plugin folder. I bet you don't seriously need all the files you have

Here on stex, lex and plex you usually get a LIST of dependencies in the lot description you need to have in order to avoid brown boxes. It would be best to just start over searching for files and install the dependencies
