This one's tough... but judging by that sign in front of the tunnel, I'm guessing Oregon, USA.

I am going to say Argentina. I don't know if that is the flag there or not but ill give it a go. Definately not US i think.

    HEY...that looks like a NASA's space camp center (before they closed down)...it probably isn't though...but I will still guess the USA...I don't know what state... 15.gif (that other picture was the PRC? really? What flag is that, then?)
