The model itself is great, but something about the green glass and pitch dark mullions makes the glass not very convincing.  Can't quite figure it out, maybe the powerful contrast of it.

The roof is looking awsome! 44.gif I can also hear something screaming "make it taller, make it taller!" 3.gif

But this may be because the light posts at the base of the buildings look like they're 3 stories tall...

The last one reminds me of DT's Touaron Tower...

Wow SimRabbit! Your BAT's have been multiplying like... sim rabbits! (excuse the bad joke). But really, great work! I really like the rowhouses, they have some great roofjunk, from what I can see with the picture. I think they need trees though, in my opinion. Otherwise, good job! I like the round tower, it's nice and very similar to the others you've posted. However, I'd like to add my two cents to the last tower. First, I love the neo-gothic details the roofline has! Those stubby spires are great and make the crown really definitive! In my opinion though, it looks like squat little thing, and could really be a grand looking tower if you inserted another group of floors in there to make room for another X brace. Keep it up!

    Nice

The latest one that looks like Cobb's Shoreline is great, and you should definetly upload it.

The previous one that is reminiscent of Promanade 2 looks fantastic as well, but some things seem odd, the white pyramid spikes don't seem to fit. I guess they don't seem to be well attached, and I wonder what it would look like without them

Anyways, you are now my favorite batter that is still active. I love how you know just how much detail to add and when to stop. With the game ruining so much detail its great someone can balance just what needs to go in to look good to the average player. I like how you do it, and you make me want to start making stuff. I know it works pretty well, I just havent had the motivation/time, and the elaborate reflections that require 3ds and expert modding that seems mandatory now days is so out of my league that it makes me not want to even try.

it looks too like cobb shoreline for me, i've gotta ask did you take inspiration from it... its just the balcony style, the floorplan and the rooftop are virtually identical...

One thing you can do to reduce the number of polygons, is when you extrude the spline, is uncheck either the cap start or cap end boxes in your extrude modifier.  This will make so that that either side will not be "capped."  This could help out.
