    ahh, much better!  48.gif

My suggestion is to have some of the mullions have different thicknesses than others, to help imply more structure to it.  For example, the lower lip of the overhang.

Also, adding things like doors leading out to the ledges, and a roof access at the top, and some other detail along those lines would be nice too.  But I also don't think that helicopter pad is very safe.  1.gif

    Thanks patriots 4.gif

Jason: I won't probably do that to this one, because it took 4-5 hours to render and i have little or no time to render. But on my next building, i will keep that in mind. 2.gif

Looks great!  I agree with Jason that the helipad would test any pilots nerves, but it looks really nice.

Try rendering when you go to bed so that it will be done when you get up.

    Thanks Gshmails 19.gif

Hopefully, i will get my own computer soon, so i won't have to worry about rendering time.

the little shopping center is a great idea, there isnt enough of that sort of thing in the game

maybe you could make multiple versions(different signs) and then put them on the same lot so there is a variety

You are going at super-pace! Ohmygoodness, wow! Your new building looks very nice. I like that you set your buildings into the lots a little, they're not right on the street. it's a nice touch. Also, I'd like to compliment you on your landscaping! A lot of people focus very intently on the structure, but forget the grounds, you have a nice, well-rounded approach to building. Your creations are neither overly large (or tall, hahaha) nor overly obnoxious, I like that.

Your new BAT really captures the generic strip mall very well. I'm eager to see where it goes! (lol, and you can't leave out Starbucks, there's one in every strip mall these days, hahahaha). Top work!

Wow, this is really good!  I LOVE that firehouse.

Have you considered doing any Chicago buildings? I'm tired of being the only guy doing stuff from the greatest city on Earth.

Awesome looking shopping center, SR. The signs are really great. Going off what hamsterTK said, you might try making each of the signs a prop FAMILY, and then every time the shopping center is plopped or grown it will have different stores in it. I have no idea HOW you'd go about doing it, but I'm sure twrecks or one of the other modders could tell you how.

Rather than Blockbuster, I'd suggest something smaller. Blockbuster stores are large, so they usually occupy two or three storefronts.

Likewise, the Papa John's seems really large... usually, they only occupy one storefront (it's just a kitchen and a takeout counter inside!).

So, you could just switch the Blockbuster and the Papa John's.

Also, Bank of America usually likes to be by themselves in their own building, so they can have a drive-up. When they are in a mini-mall like this, they usually have a larger space.  I'd suggest a dry cleaners or nail salon for that space instead.
