Thanks for the comment's guys it was interesting to hear your thoughts on the colour of the tower.

 

Xander Dax - Thanks, I've got a few in mind from Brisbane, I found some sweet aerial pics of the Brisbane CBD while doing Central Plaza 1 that gave me a few ideas.

Roger - Thanks for the amazing pic  it helped me solve something that had been really bugging me about the tower's shape. I've only brightened the tower a little, I'm not gonna make it white like the MLC centre or anything.

Tonyr - I'm only gonna brighten it a little, I hope you still like it.

Schreifer - I hope I can change your mind with the next pic .

Andrey - Thanks, I can certainly see the similarities between the designs.

Red - Thanks, I probably spent as much time on the roof as I did on the rest of the tower.

 

I've changed a couple of things, firstly i've brightened it a smidge, I think it matches Rogers pic fairly well. Secondly Rogers pic also highlighted the fact that the outer columns have a slight taper inwards that I somehow missed, so I fixed that as well. I'm fairly pleased with how it looks now.

Is anyone else having this problem, I can see the outline of the building fine on my screen, it may be your/my screen brightness being off

regardless it should be more clear ingame without the grey background.

Looking good scotty! Yeah I can also see the outline of the building fine.

 

I would say the blue dots (above second mech floor) are a little two bright/clean. I would also add maybe some street reflections (cars/lights/trams, ect.) near the base of the building. Just a suggestion, I would be extremely happy as is

Roger - Ive changed the ground map a bit so it looks less solid & more streaky. unfortunately whenever I try to simulate a streetscene it tends to look a bit messy. 

Tonyr - Glad we got that sorted  , I agree about the resemblance to Marina Tower

Andrey KM - I've upped the brightness a little, i've also dimmed the tower windows a little so they fit better together

 

Red was kind enough to share a few ideas regarding nightlighting so i've made some tiny changes.

I'm agree with Roger51, your roof texture need to be little bit more clear with an small grey and yellow, as your concrete I think it need to be more clear too.
