I made up a list of things that I use a lot and the picture and file number and go to the building plop list and plop them that way.After you have done it a while it gets easyer but it is a lot faster than scrolliong all the way down for a large seasonal plaza and then all the way back up for a path or something.

Hmmm... I remember once having (pre-HDD crash) some additional terrain tools that can be used in mayor mode. In fact, I think it was called "Extra Terrain Tools" or something similar. STEX searching isn't getting it. Anyone know about this mod?

If you mean commercial shops then have you tried to enter the word *shop* into the searchbar of the STEX? You get 250 lotfiles. Hope that's enough.

Folk don't model this as it is totally anti-"real" .. no railroad is going to dip under a road.. just doesn't happen... so outside of the novelty of it, it just looks bad.. I mean people worry when you have rail grades over 3% much less having one in 48 meters diving under a road.. many rail cars alone are near that length.. hehe
