Looking for a few things. I can't seem to find much in the way of good sprawl industrial, which is things like distribution centers, warehouses, stuff like that. I also haven't been able to find many farm house or barn lots. And last, can someone point me to a good grass lot? lol the ones I find are either way too bright or way too dull, need something in the middle for the middle class neighborhoods.

WillG_75, For industrials like distribution outlets, warehouses , look for simgoober at simdevotion, and also for farms, but jmyers and BSC have some good ones too. Just put in a search with these names......

For the middle class grasslot, just build it yourself with the LE, nothing could be easier. If you can't, tell me and I'll make one for you in 1 minute.......lol

Hmm sorry if i place this wrong but i'm not searching for a BAT but i'm searching for an artikel where it is explaned how to create new signs out of those signs created by nycsc4. there is a philadelphia building on the stex with 3 different roof lights!

but i can´t find it! whats the name of the building! the building looks like the mellon bank in philadelphia and i´m sure that i downloaded it a while ago!

 and in new york is a new building called the HEARST TOWER! is this tower on the stex?? i think it is on the stex but under another name!

i´m sure there is a building like this on the stex!

The Hearst Tower was on the STEX, but all it was just a Google Earth model that someone had uploaded without giving the credit to the rightful modeler. I don't know if an actual Hearst Tower is on the STEX by another name but I'll browse around and reply back here if I can find anything.

LILFLIPPER: i believe the building u are asking about is an "NDEX" building. there are three seperate building that are identical but have 3 different color roof lights. 

search NDEX in the STEX, and u will see them.
