This is the worst CJ I've ever seen.  I love it.  You should have some roads that angle at, maybe, 75 degrees.  Just ridiculous inclines and declines in your roads.  Make it like a roller coaster.

This CJ is fantastic...

Suggestions to make it even worse....well I like rp2005's suggestion of using Oppie's canal set through a landfill...perhaps you could also build the toxic waste dump then surround it by some nice low density/low wealth residential.  Maybe even add a park for the kids.  What could be better than a toxic waste dump in your backyard

Has anyone actually created a dystopian CJ before this? If not, this is a long overdue concept. In fact, I'd call this a parody of America, what with the crazy downtown and Consumer Fraud Way...

Worst Update EVER:

 

Okay, due to an unfortunate crashing incident, Worst had to be mostly rebuilt.  Sooo, here's New Worst:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I quickly realized that they might want water, dispite what the game guide says about low income using wells or something.  I live in L.A., and we got plenty of low income, and last time I checked, there's no wells.  So...

 

 

 

 

 

Then I got to thinking, what would a corrupt mayor do?  Of course he would build a house, but would it be just any house?  Certainly not!  Hence, mayor Cruella's beautifully well kept side and front gardens!

 

 

 

 

 

But that's not enough.  A vacation house is in order.  With a yacht club.  Where the mayor is the only member.  On a private lake.  OF SEWAGE!!!!

 

 

 

 

 

By the way, there's an awesome lot on the STEX called the hellhole or something like it.  Produces amazing amounts of pollution.  It's great.  Well, for me, anyways.  That evil woman environmentalist or whatever shut down the water because of it.  Yeah, that's productive.  I mean, c'mon.  It's not THAT bad...
