Kess - Stock Market

Hey guys, I'm going to take another crack at making a CJ. This time it's going to have a cool twist. This time their will be an open stock market for you guys to buy, sell, and trade stock(no trading at this moment). The stock market will go up and down if the company is doing well. The Region (forgot the name) is not all explored. The city is still expanding, and many new companies will be created. Their could be stock market crashes, and you could be the richest man on the CJ forum. Read the rules and have fun!

Rules -

1. Everyone starts off with $500

2. All socks start off at 10 dollars

3. You must buy stocks in 10 (EX. Ford is 10 a share, 10 times 10 stock=100)

4. Their is no trading stock with anyone yet (still in BETA)

5. No limit of buying stock (if you have the money)

6. No giving anyone your money

7. Run out of money game over for you           

Below is the companies stock & images of city.  Just call out what company you want , next update I will show what stock people have. and yes GC stands for GasCookers lots, and Goober Gen is Simgoobers lots.

The stock Market had a good day today. Past few months the city has grown allot, with new buildings coming up left and right. With major speculation in the stock market all the stock went up. Tractor supply saw a great decrease dew to no farming business starting up. Kess Government says they are planing on building new farms in the east. So hold on to those Tractor Supply stocks you might see an increase. The city also says hello to its first highway, the mayor hopes to brings in more business with it did. New Business like Kess National Bank, and Construction Inc did come into the city. The city is still expanding and hopes to start building its first government offices. I hope you guys have fun, remember sell and buy if you please.

I'm not doing the region shot yet, just because i need to work on other areas.

Tractor Supply - Is right now a Tractor distribution factory you can see in the first update. Right now it has no store but it hoping to start one soon. The land is very fertile near the river, and many farms might be coming. Tractor Supply hopes to earn allot of money when the farms come. Their a big company so its rare for them to go out of business.

Wally K's - People of Kess need to eat right? Well Wally K thinks so, with its store and distribution factory they hope to make allot of money. Right now their monopolizing the market and looks to expand. Target is looking to come to town, but Wally K thinks it will not lose their customers because Target sells a few food items. They hope to build new stores when the city expands more.

Hanson Inc - Hanson has 2 factories in town, 1 makes house building material, and the other makes house hold items. The city is expanding rapidly witch leads to many people buying housing supply. This is an easy way to make money because the city dose not seem to be stop growing. With no other companies like them in town it will be easy to earn money.

Gas Cooker(GC) - This company has many factories in town, they make food supply, and package food. Like most companies their the only one in town and hopes to make allot of money. With Wally K's in town they are sure to earn money. But there is a down side, because GC stock seems to rely on Wally K's, so if Wally K goes down you might see a small decrease for GC stock.

Goober Gens - This company like to sell their products out of town. They sell stuff from nylon to chemicals. With many countries around it not able to make these products do to safety issues. They seem to drive the city though, with more then 3 factories, and a skyscraper head quarters. This company Is sure to go up slowly.

Kess Corp. - The country itself is run by Kess Corp. It is a small valley in Europe bought by Kess Corp. Every time stock is bought the city has a little extra money to expand. This stock could be the most riskiest. If theirs a stock market crash you better not be holding onto these stocks. Every time the city expands the stock will rise. An easy way to make alot money quick

Kess National Bank - This is a company started up by Kess Corp. They loan out money to help expand the city. They are starting to give money to stock brokers and investors. This company is where everyone gets their money to start on the stock market. If people start doing bad on stock market this stock may fall. If people are doing good this will rise.

Consturstion Inc. - This company hopes to see allot of money coming in. Kess Corp. has finally decided on one company to build stuff in their cities. This company will rely on building material prices (Hanson Inc) and how the city expands(Kess Corp.) Could be an easy way to make allot of money.

it is very realistic to, you put a lot of Parking lot, things we all sometimes forget how importent it is, and here you have miles of them.

Heres another daily update, I hope you guys are having fun. The stock market today for Kess sees a big increase. The city is still expanding and finally the new government buildings are up an running. GooberGen saw a small decrease today, but they hope to bounce back up. With the new government buildings in place, government officials think its time to make plans for farms. They set aside 100$ million dollars to build farms soon. This had a major speculation on the market today and drove up Tractor Supply stock. Many stock investors think that many new farms in the area will need all new tractors, and can't wait to get a piece of the profit. Kess Bank, Kess Corp, and Construction Inc. are teaming up to design a new sports stadium witch will house lacrosse, soccer, and football games. You might see a huge increase on their stock. Stock brokers say go after Kess Bank stock, it might be the best choice you ever made. With the city still expanding the governor hopes to see new business opening up, and stocks to rise.

Breaking News: Today ccecill failed to pay his stock broker after his stock went down.

Stock Broker: "Yeah he(ccecill) was one of the top stock investors at first. His stock started to go down alot, and he could not pay his bills. I think the police found him in Las Vegas"

In other News the new Mountain Dew Stadium has been completed. The governor thinks this will bring in much more business. Even though the citizens think the sign is way to big and might be an eye sore with the city's building design. With that the following stock saw great jumps in stock CI,KC, and the company who saw the greatest boom was KB. The state today ordered 1,000 new tractors to be shipped. That brought an great Jump for Tractor Supply stock. GooberGens is Struggling to stay afloat, they built new factories to try increase their income and their stock price. Stock investors say it would be really risky to invest in them, their spending money they don't have. Also in other news a new entrepreneur came into town today his name is LivingInThePast, he started a retail store called Monkey Ward's. He thinks he will see big business dew to him building right next to the new stadium.
