This CJ is looking brilliant Blondetwiggy! Really, really nice work. Those suburbs look fantastic, especially with the rich variety of houses, the bright colourful trees and the interesting and different road layout.

Keep going with this CJ, I am very impressed!

Very nice CJ you have here, Twiggy! I have to start visiting CJ's more often.

I really like all the parking lots you have laid out around the hospital and school. That's one of the most realistic things in your city, along with the detailed layout. Also, I just love the avenue that runs around that beautiful lake. Great job!

raul39: Oh thats cool you live in the real one lol!  Actually I didn't really name it for a particular city, we were just talking about christopher columbus in history and I was like "hmmmm the santa maria, that's a good name for a city..." 3.gif

Canute is my newest city, I built it a few days ago.  sorry it took so long to update but imageshack has really been a headache lately.  lol

Heehee, I finished my downtown!!! I made a newspaper for it... Yes, I realize it's not realistic at all, but I had fun making it, which is the whole point, right ?? Sorry its a bit bad quality, it's from the resizing/converting to jpg I think

Thats all for today I think lol

Canute is very pretty, and I see you've added rails this time. Nice avenue loop around Canute as well! The newspaper looks great, and that downtown looks awesome from what I can see! I wish trillions of dollars would appear in my account just like they did your city's!

    I look forward to more!

The newspaper reminds me of the one in Simcity 2000; it seems to have that same writing style and that same sense of humor.

I would have liked to read about the typing monkeys - that would have made a great "article". I'm assuming they typed Shakespeare...

oops, I just realized I have never posted in your CJ although I've read it often. It's remarkable...I really like the water. I believe it's the same one that I use. I can't remember which one it is, but I know I loved all of PEG's water textures and I had a very hard time choosing one.

Keep up the good work. The non-griddiness is inspiring
