Hey Patriots! Thanks for the outstanding review! The grid is intentional. No matter how nice one wants a city to be, the grid adds realism, and I want my cities to be eye pleasing, but at the same time to be realistic. The zots... now that is always my bad. I ALWAYS forget to turn them of! But oh well. With the great constructive criticism you guys give, I can make my cj better now. I will try to improve with my new upcoming beach city: Las Palmas. Once again Thanks alot! Keep up the great work that is going on here!

I've got an idea for school zones. I've seen these in vegas and they really make ppl go slow because of the camera And I've also seen these before. If you can make these, that would be great! Nice work here too!

JDRCRASH: Holy Crap! where did they get 20 billion bucks!? I heard something like that, but I thought it wouldn't happen! BTW, I live on the west and used to live in LA, but I got tired of the problems and TRAFFIC, so I went to the central coast. So, no, east coasters dont influence me. mayorron: I agree with you. Why else would people want to move out to IE or OC? Because it's not as dense. LA isn't even that dense anyway!

El Paraiso Closure Notice Well, I didnt want this to happen, but it seems I'm going to close the cj for good. Here's why: For christmas this year, I got a new laptop that is much better than the computer I used normally. So, what I have to do is install sc4 onto my laptop, then I have to transfer all the custom content I have from the stex. Then I would have to start a new region. So, sorry but were closed. well, those chocolates were for my family, but when I got them I just couldnt resist eating them. They were so good! lol Regarding that one question, I say not only the commercialists get money, but also all the lawyers and such because they get to solve all the "shot in store lines" cases.

Hmm, it seems I haven't updated since last month... I have been slacking off... or is it RLS. I dont know. But the good news is that Im here w/ another update. If you think I have been working hard on Las Palmas, your redicioulusly wrong! (well somewhat wrong). No I have worked on Las Palmas but not much. I rarly tuch SC4 but I try! Anyways, heres the update Here's whats done. Well... not all! It could be 4th of July and it could be christmas and you will always see tons of people at the beach! Downtown hasn't changed much. But I like the exstensive use of nam! Its Park Place Mall! Come now and every store has a great sale and a gift wrapping center for the holidays! Fee's may be charged in all participating stores for gift wrapping Bring your kids, your family, your boy or girlfriend,and YOUR MONEY, to the new Goobergen Aquarium! ^^They could care less about your family if you ask me!^^ The Park Place Suburbs are lined w/ beautiful palm trees There goes the freeway. Even at night, the beach is always a wave of people! ...and that's what happens to careless hotel owners when they forget to turn of the freakin lights. I feel sorry for them when they get the bills. Always amzing pics in this cj! I like the greenery too. BTW: The update on Santa Maria (the one w/ the skyscrapers), yea that's totally not where I live, cuz ur edition is much better than where I live!

Teaser Update Well, Christmas RLS is all over me so getting on sc4 is pretty hard, but here is a glimps on what I've been working on Pretty nice isn't it. More to come soon!

AWsome lake! I must say that the logs for some reason just caught my attention. They add to the realism! Great use of pegs trails too! (are they pegs trails?)
