I am new to simcity and i basically just know how to the basic things when it comes to downloading. i am having trouble figuring out how to get to the cheat codes. Basically, is there some special program that i need on my computer to download the codes and run them? also, how do i do it?
any information that is provided with be greatly appreciated

Ok so I placed this is my plugin folder and nothing happens when I right click on the box. So then I thought that I would place it in another folder that is contained within my plugins folder. Still nothing. Do you think that it hates me?

It should be at the root of your plugins folder (My Documents\Simcity 4\Plugins\).  It only works if you have Rush Hour or Deluxe.

EDIT:  And you did unzip it, didn't you?

Had to be in the Docs plugins folder and not in subfolder or in ProgFiles for my Win2K system.

just a quick question... I got the codes to show up... what is the syntax for the "toll" cheat.. it pops up toll but what should I put... per car? per Year? dollar signs... it seems to not make any difference what I put in... thanks!

When I select BuildingPlop and the list of buildings come up, how can I change the names of these buildings? I want to add a # in front of each so that I can have them organized by building type (ex. 100 is residential house, 200 commercial building). It seems to me that the list is sorted alphabetically, so this should work, right?

Yes and no. The file allows you to access the cheats that the game already has by right clicking the cheat box. Along with that are the additional cheats that come with the file like 'moolah (value).'
