There are more than 1,300,000 commercial jobs in my city. There are only 700,00 sims. Why will it not grow anymore?

I wish there was a way to change the sirens that are in the game. Like the police sirens sound so old fashioned. The ambulance sounds kinda normal. The fire engines sounds odd is some way.

So let's say that you have a small landing strip...okay? then so it becomes a large landing strip as capacity increases... what effect positive or negative, if any, does having two or even three large landing strips rather than upgrading to a small municipal airport?

Ok so I placed this is my plugin folder and nothing happens when I right click on the box. So then I thought that I would place it in another folder that is contained within my plugins folder. Still nothing. Do you think that it hates me?
