SC4 Extra Cheats DLL

Okay the first round of getting "more" from the game than you thought possible is here. The Extra Cheats DLL file is now primed and ready! Put in your regular plugins dir

Open up a city, hit "Ctrl+X" and right click the box. You should now see a list of "cheats". 

DrawPaths does the above, HidePaths... duh...

"Moolah #" add funds into your city. :-)

I'll post a complete list of cause/effect cheats when I have it all compiled.

This one is awesome! I love the UDI cheat! It lets you drive everything including cruise ships, cargo ships except for airplanes.

Did.  It only seems to work if the .dll is directly under the plugins folder.  Nice job, Buggi.

Does the .dll have any particular requirements (.net framework?  Version(?); Particular o/s?)  I have all the up to date .net stuff so  wouldn't notice if there was a problem.

I was playing with this this morning. I'm very impressed with the system...and I'd like to point out to other people that the Moolah cheat simply changes how much money you have...so don't do 20000 in a city with 50000 or you will lose money...but you can set your money to a negitive amount by adding a - at the beginning so the number is -50000...
