The DLL enables previously disabled cheats, a full list can be had by right clicking on the box that appears on Ctrl+X

i have downloaded the file and put iit in my plugins folder and extracted it but when i start a new city i press ctrl/x and i right click on the box and nothing happens does any one know why this is

Far as I know, all that this .dll does is expose the stuff that is already there.  Buggi will correct me if I am wrong.

Folks, these are not cheats!  They are back doors to allow the developers to test the program.  After all, why would you want to dump the program?  (raise exception causes a dump).

It would be nice to have a review of some of these, and their effects.  For example, what does adv do, and does it have any parameters?

oooooppppp: Very simple.  It has to be at the root of your plugins, not in a subdirectory.  See my post above.

YOU NEED TO MAKE A SEPARATE folder within your plugins folder. mine works absolutely perfect. And yes. A list will be good that explains what each cheat does. But, I have been testing them one by one without any saving......Trial by error.... lets not have EVERYTHING handed to us.

KingTitan - I had no need to make any seperate folder whatseover for this dll to work just fine. But it apparently works differently for everyone.

POSITIVELY MARVELOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!  I could never remember WHAT to type in for what "cheat."  Now all I have to do is remember "Ctrl-X" and RIGHT-CLICK.  I think even my feeble old brain can handle that.  I just love the lines done by the "draw paths" command.  Most of these are commands I probably won't ever use as I don't particularly like cheats.  But I still think that this is a 10 of 10 mod!!

I can't help debug setup that don't work when the majority do work. So Please don't think it's the DLL that's not working or the game not loading it but user error that is causing your specific system to not load the plugin. Sorry but I can't debug each situation. :-(

Snow will depend on the level of your terrain as well as the time of year. It cycles through (in the Northern Hemisphere time zone) the seasons so snow may come and go from some of your mid level cities, stay all the time in your high altitude cities, or not appear at all in your low lying/coastal cities. I have tried it on every major city in my region, and it works according to terrain. It is fantastic eye-candy, especially heading into Christmas, and we will be in summer at Christmas in Australia, but it has no other noticeable effects other than increased cloud cover, and being unable to navigate the streets in manual u-drive-it mode... (hard enough without the snow let alone with it). Otherwise, all is same as usual. I don't know why they disabled this aspect of the game....

So, I have for you all to see, Tiger Valley through the seasons... one is the 2nd April, mid-spring, one is 15 June, mid-summer, and the other is 28 December, mid winter... You can see the gradations of snow in this city, exposing the Valley town of Tiger Valley in the summer months...

Kind of nice to have an in game clock via the "ShowTime" cheat.

I tried the ShowAllPaths with some of the custon interchanges found in the NAM.  Some of the x's and arrows were changing colors on the Avenue Y-stack and on the elevated highway-ground highway stack.
