I had similair problem too. I re-installed NAM and changed to left-side drive. And my sims suddenly used train.

Did what CaptCity and MeatScience said and removed ALL plugins I had. My sims used trains! Thanks! Now I'll try MeatScience's Left Hand Drive method. But are there any other methods than MeatScience's?

The same problem in the other regions. I'll try to test more with the trains before I reinstall.

Changed to Traffic Controller Simulator A Park & Ride Easy. Still the same problem. Maybe I should reinstall the game?

Damn it! I noticed missing busstops in the picture! Also in the bigger cities there are busstops next to all monorail stations but still none using monorails.

That city is just a test city because the problem is the same over the whole region. I tried to make railroads and monorails in one of the bigger cities but the problem is still the same. I have tried all the suggestions Jammerlxx and Unassigned have given me but it gave some results: I zoned a residental zone where a monorail station was across the road and it grew to a house. There are two or four sims boarding the station but that is rather work than actually riding a monorail. Then I zoned a commercial zone and it grew to a small shop or something next to house. There are around hundred sims that are boarding the station and actually use it but they immediately leave the station and go directly to the commercial building. That is the best result so far. There are other monorail staions nearby but there is no evidence that the sims are riding to the other stations. I placed an on-the-road busstop between the house and the monorail station so the busstop could be a problem. I also placed a parking lot but no effect at all. If the explanation is too confusing I post a picture if you want As for NAM, when I first install NAM I left all boxes untouched becuase I was a afraid to mess up the game. I remember that I click on the "Better pathfiding, 2x road capacity" and less arrows in one-way roads. It's been a while since I installed Sim City and NAM.

Well, here it is. I am forcing them but they still don't use trains. The problem is the same over in the entire region.

It's been a while now, so I decided to play Sim City. My citizens won't use train or monorail! They somehow refuse it. I tested it with passenger train, freight train and monorail but no one is using it. They will only use cars. I've installed NAM.

My documents is in C: so I don't need to do very much. But what about about the mods? Should I put the mods in the plug-in folder after installing Simcity 4 abd RH?

I'm going to reinstall my laptop, because of mysterious pop-ups,annoying hang-ups and slow computer speed. But one thing that's stop me is my regions with cities that took me almost the whole summer to build. I got several mods and BATS installed too. I know I should move my regions and the plug-ins to a safe place. But after I reinstall my computer and install Simcity 4 and RH?

I know that I lot of missions requires marina,but I try to get marina by ferry boat missions. I think I lost my manual. I'll try and find it. Thanks for the replies!

Why can't I do the boat missions?My passenger&car ferry is got actual use on 25000 and my city size 500000 sims. Even I try to put another ferry station, I can't do the missions.
